- What is the very first thing I should do if I experience a problem?
Please try refreshing your web browser. Sometimes a simple internet blip can cause an interruption and a refresh will bring you back online.
- What if everything is fine and then the quality suddenly declines or the video player buffers (pauses)?
When you join the online service, the system automatically detects your internet connection speed to give you the best quality that your internet connection will allow. If your internet or wifi speed declines during the service, the webcast can be impacted. Try selecting the Menu button at the botton of the video screen (when not in full-screen mode), click on Quality, and select a number (kbps) that is lower than the current selection.
